With a Bsc in geology qualification and solid years of experience in the environmental and mining space, Ndivhuwo has gained exceptional experience in geology, geotechnical and the environmental fields. He has acquired experience in geological exploration, geotechnical investigation, environmental management, mineral rights application, and project management.

To add to his experience, he has hands on experience working with the NEMA and the MPRDA acts. Having been in various roles in his career Ndivhuwo has acquired multi-disciplinary skills which have equipped him with the ambition and ability to lead his own organisation.
